Built and owned 4 live apps: server setup, end-to-end development, architecture decisions, outage resolution, data corrections and deployments.
Integrated Razorpay and PayTM for order payments, Zoop for user onboarding and Shiprocket for shipment delivery.
Split the Dealsdray monolith into microservices, modernized the legacy Prexo codebase and built Notification Console for the growing user base.

Work

Dealsdray

E-commerce platform. Took it from unfinished to production, migrated 70K+ legacy users and orders, and integrated Razorpay, PayTM, Zoop and Shiprocket.

Result: 30K+ daily users and 2K+ monthly orders.

Prexo

Warehouse processing system. Modernized the legacy codebase and built a utility that re-lists unsellable units as fresh imports, so stock that was stuck could be sold again.

Result: Inventory recovery up 30%.

Notification Console

Push notification tool for the Dealsdray app. Rebuilt delivery with priority ordering, concurrent batches and crash recovery.

Result: Campaign runs cut from 15 minutes to under a minute.

Rekrafted

E-commerce site. Built product grading and categorization with grade-specific listings and pricing.

Result: Grading covers 70% of inventory; orders up 15%.
